Answers before you book

What areas do you currently serve?

BrightNest Home Care currently serves most neighborhoods within a 45-minute drive of the city center. Enter your address when you request a visit and we’ll confirm availability immediately. If you’re just outside our area, reach out—we may still be able to help.

Do I need to be home during the visit?

For your first visit, we recommend being home at least for the arrival and walkthrough so you can highlight priorities and access points. For recurring visits, many customers provide secure entry instructions so they don’t need to be home every time.

Are supplies and tools included?

Yes. Our pros arrive with all the standard supplies and tools needed for your selected services. If you prefer we use your own cleaning products or equipment, just let us know in the notes when booking.

How does payment work?

You’ll add a card on file when you confirm your booking, but you won’t be charged until after the visit is complete and you’ve had a chance to review the work. You’ll receive a detailed receipt by email.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your visit at no charge. For same-day changes, a small fee may apply to cover your pro’s reserved time.
